How to book your trip

You are ready to book your trip? Congratulations on your decision to book with Ecosummer Expedtitions.

At this point you have checked availability with either our office or the corresponding Rates & dates page:

Great, that’s easy – you can just fax or e-mail below Trip registration together with the Release of liability; our   
committed office staff will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

That means we may show a limited availability for this departure. To avoid disappointment we encourage you to check with our office with regards to the actual number of spots available before you send in your trip registration. We are sorry but this trip is most likely fully booked at the time being. However we strongly encourage you to call our office anyway – we may have been notified of a possible cancellation for that date or know of another exciting trip  possibility in that area! Once we have received your Trip registration we will process the trip deposit and send out a booking package, containing Further information and a Clothing & equipment list as well as other relevant information about the destination and trip you have chosen.

Please keep in mind, that we will need a Medical form as well as a Travel form about 6 weeks prior to your departure in order to be able to consider any of your dietary or medical restrictions.
